Each February, Engineers Week - New England confers the New England Achievement Award to celebrate an individual who has furthered the field of engineering.
2014 Colin Angle, CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of iRobot Corporation, for advancements in navigation, mobility, manipulation and artificial intelligence within the robotic industry
2013 Dr. Karen Panetta, Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Tufts University and Director of the Simulation Research Laboratory
2012 Anna Mracek Dietrich, co-founder of Terrafugia, maker of the world's first practical air-to-road vehicle
2009 Amy Smith, MIT - D-Lab Inventor, leader and pioneer of appropriate technology
2008 Linda Fuhrman, Draper Labs - Aeronautic engineer and champion of STEM education
2007 Luisa Paiewonsky, MassHighway
2006 Christopher Gordon, Harvard University (formerly of MassPort)
2005 Bernard Zubrowski, Education Development Center
