Speaker: Victoria Sclafani, Legislative Analyst from Massachusetts Municipal Association
Please join us to hear Ms. Sclafani talk about what are some of the biggest concerns for cities and towns in regard to energy and the environment. How are cities and towns struggling to address culverts, water infrastructure, water management, stormwater, net metering and solar rates, energy efficiency and climate change? She will discuss why these are issues for cities and towns and what MMA is doing about them.
