 | Special rates are extended to members and for multiple bookings. The hours of operation at The Aldrich Conference Center are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Evening hours are available with a $20 hourly surcharge. Weekend and holiday hours are available with an additional $30 hourly surcharge. There is a flat $30 per meeting charge for coffee and tea in the Haley & Aldrich Room and a $15 per meeting charge in the SEA, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin and GEI Rooms. All audio-visual, food and beverage catering must be arranged through The Aldrich Conference Center. |
