The Town of Uxbridge is currently recruiting for the position of Civil Engineer, reporting to the Director of Public Works. This position is responsible for professional, managerial, administrative and technical work in developing, directing and overseeing engineering programs for construction, repair and maintenance of municipal facilities such as: parks, bridges, highways, water, wastewater, stormwater, and related projects. Bachelor?s Degree in Civil Engineering; 5-10 years progressively responsible civil engineering experience, including maintenance, design and construction; Engineer in Training (EIT) required (Registered Professional Engineer preferred); valid MA motor vehicle operator?s license.
