Secretary Katie Theoharides of the MA Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and Mike McGrath, the retired Deputy Administrator/Chief of Construction Engineering at MassDOT, were both honored at the Annual TECET Leadership Celebration held on November 18, 2021 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza.

TECET Leadership Celebration acknowledges the Contributions of HYM Investment’s Founding Partner and Managing Director Thomas N. O’Brien and former Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation Stephanie Pollack, along with a pair of scholarship awards to engineering students.
